Fills
Fill appointments are for existing clients and require at least 50% of your extensions to remain. Three-week fills must be booked within 21 days of your last service. After 21 days, your appointment will be considered a full set, regardless of how many extensions remain.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Every service begins with a brief conversation about the look you want, so your treatment can be personalized to you.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late changes may result in the loss of your deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
Satisfaction
Contact me within 48 hours with an application concern. When appropriate, I’ll gladly offer a complimentary touch-up. Services are non-refundable.
